TO ACCESS YOUR "DOWNLOADABLE" PRODUCTS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

NOTE:
You are automatically sent the Link to your Download in a Purchase Confirmation Email that you receive from Voice Entertainment. In the event that you have misplaced your Link, please follow these (6) simple steps to retrieve the Download that you already paid for.

You have (4) attempts within Thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to download your product.

1. Log-in to your VOICE store account. This link is located in the store section of the site. The link is named "Your Account". It will bring you to the login page. Enter your email address and your password.

2. If you have forgotten your password, please select the "password forgotten?" button underneath the log-in area.

3. Once logged-in, click on the "Order History" button. Select the order you would like to download the products from.

4. At the bottom of that order detail page you will see a box called "Download Links" with the link(s) to download your product. Right-click the link and choose "save target as" or simply click the button and choose "save" from the box that appears. The file will be downloaded and saved to your computer.

5. Once downloaded, double-click on the file or folder to open. In the case of a zipped folder (.zip) you can right-click the folder and choose "extract all" from the menu.

6. The downloadable products are now ready for use on your computer or for transfer to a portable device or CD.
