Return Policy
Returns on any DVDs, CDs, or other products from our online store will be granted if there is a problem due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship. Any defective products must be returned to Voice Entertainment undamaged and void of scratches, marring, breakage, cracks and package breakage, so we may investigate the problem in order to issue a replacement. Shipping cost will be born by the customer for all or any returns. Voice Entertainment will pay for return shipping of the replacement product to the customer. In the event that there is not an adequate replacement for the exact product that is returned, Voice Entertainment reserves the right to find a product substitution of equal cost/value. Voice Entertainment, Inc. Customer Service will, if this event should arise, (attempt) to contact the customer by phone or email as to their choice of an alternate replacement product.
Refund Policy
No refunds on any Digital downloads, DVDs, CDs or any electronic products.
Proprietary Rights
User acknowledges that the VoiceEntertainment.net Web site contains Content that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. You (the customer) have four (4) attempts within thirty (30) days from the date of purchasing a downloadable product, to acquire the downloadable product(s) before it/they expire.
Restrictions
