James Law wrote this song while standing on the edge of a cliff at the Grand Canyon while holding a boom mic during the filming for "From Here To Andromeda." Jim looked over his right shoulder and shivered at the fact that he was standing so close the edge.

Jim says, "The lyrics just started streaming through and then the melody and it immediately calmed me. I kept humming it during the rest of the trip at the Canyon and when I got home, I picked up the guitar and there it was."
